CaddyFLY Studios will meet with you, the golf course, to fully understand your brand, market differentiators, and vision for a marketing piece.
HOW-IT-WORKS
Script
A script and storyboard will be created by CaddyFLY producers. The golf course will review each to ensure they’re on target with the vision.
Shoot
Once approved, we will shoot at your course. The filming usually takes two full days, and golfers will not be interrupted.
Post
Post-production will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks to complete your finished product. All necessary revisions will be made to ensure we create the product you envisioned!
Distribute
Once the video is complete, CaddyFLY Studios will present your course with email templates to be sent out to local businesses. All you have to do is send the initial email…we take care of the rest. CaddyFLY Studios will see your video through the embedding process with all businesses you contact.
Integrate
In addition to the local businesses, we will take care of embedding your video on the bigger golf and travel sites that you select.
Track
Once your video is dispersed around the web, we track it! We track how many people are watching the video, on which websites they are watching it, and how many of these viewers turn into Tee Times for your course.
Support
Tech support: All you have to do is send the initial emails; All technical issues and questions will be handled by CaddyFY Studios…for the life of your video!
